Start with our Beginner Level 'Build-up' Classes

Our Phenom 'Build-Up' Program is a 6 class series held over 2 weeks. Classes are every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. During this 2 week series you will learn all the basic fundamentals and our awesome Coaches will teach you the movements with correct form and prepare you for joining our mixed level classes.
